The Longer Story

Like many leaders I work with, I learned the hard way that effort doesn’t guarantee results.

After years in senior sales and leadership roles, I saw the same pattern repeat itself across firms:

  • Sales sitting on the shoulders of a few rainmakers.

  • Pipelines full of “activity” but starved of conversion.

  • Growth fragile, dependent, and draining energy from the leaders who should be free to build, not chase.

That frustration is what led me to create Revenue Acceleration and the Service-Based Business Sales Engine.

Not theory, not hype, a practical model that embeds leadership, structure, and rhythm into business so growth finally becomes something you can trust.

Why I Do This

I believe founders/owners deserve more than feast-or-famine sales.

I’ve seen too many businesses plateau because they rely on referrals and owner hustle. I know how exhausting that cycle is, and I know it’s not sustainable.

That’s why I do this work: to give business founders/owners clarity, control, and freedom again.
